What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

Reservation Cancellation / changes Policy:
This reservation is non-refundable but the dates may be modified as long as they request 15 days in advance, subject to availability of places.
To reserve the surf package, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be paid.
