Changes to the reservation:
The date of reservation for a course may be modified, when requested within a period not less than 7 days prior to the one established, said change being subject to the availability of places.
Cancellation of activities due to sea conditions or weather issues
If the activities are canceled due to meteorological reasons or due to lack of appropriate conditions for the practice of said activity, Corralejo Surf School will propose the following alternatives to the client:
– Change of date to perform the contracted activity
– If the client could not change the alternative activity, a bonus equivalent to the outstanding amount of the contracted activity will be offered, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Yes, you have to book. Reservations are necessary for all courses because they help us determine the number of staff we need to ensure that our staff is adequate on demand and allow us to notify changes due to weather or anything that can modify the paths.
You can also book the surf course one day before at our establishment depending on the overbooking and vacancies.
