Are we going to surfari although there is no waves and it's raining or windy?
We walk in the rain, snow, wind and other weather conditions that nature decides to throw on us. After all, we go on adventure! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or delayed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather. Only the type of waves will decide the place; for other factors we never had to cancel a single surfari in the history of this school.
Payments
Is there an extra cost?
No extra fees or fuel surcharges are charged. The indicated price is the price paid, including tax.
Should I print the booking to show?
We understand that you may not have a printer when you're traveling, so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, the reservation number sent by email immediately after booking is required.
Is it possible to book a private surfari?
Contact us and we will tell you all the options available to you.
How can I reserve separate days?
You can add as many days as you need even if they are not consecutive, book several types of courses and pay for everything in one go. Go back to the type of course you need, select more days and/or more people and book again; everything you add to the cart will appear totalized and you will pay in a single payment.
Requirements
What do I have to take when going to a class?
Take whatever is comfortable for you. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit, towel, flip flops and sun cream. It is preferable to come with extra clothes to stay dry and comfortable.
Reservations
What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
This reservation is non-refundable but the dates may be modified as long as they are requested 15 days in advance, subject to availability. To reserve the surf package, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be paid.
Booking conditions
If the activities are canceled due to meteorological reasons or due to lack of appropriate conditions, Corralejo Surf School will propose the following alternatives: change of date to perform the contracted activity; or if the client could not reschedule, a voucher equivalent to the outstanding amount will be offered, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Do I have to make a reservation or may I just show up?
Yes, you have to book. Reservations are necessary for all courses because they help us determine the number of staff needed and allow us to notify changes due to weather or anything that can modify the activity. You can also book the surf course one day before at our establishment depending on availability.
